We’re excited to share that another batch of our gyoza machines is ready to be shipped to Europe! Before shipping, every machine goes through a complete cleaning and testing process to make sure everything runs smoothly and perfectly.

To ensure the machine arrives in perfect condition, we use custom export wooden cases. Each case is built specifically for the machine’s size and weight, offering excellent protection during long-distance transportation. Whether by sea or air, this solid packing keeps the machine stable and safe all the way to the customer’s door.

We ship under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid), which means our customers don’t need to worry about customs clearance or additional logistics. We handle everything from our factory to the customer’s address — truly a door-to-door service.

For after-sales support, we provide a 1-year full machine warranty and an extended 3-year warranty for the motor. Our team is always ready to offer video guidance and technical support whenever needed, ensuring smooth installation and long-term use.
