A Hong Kong Customer’s Two Visits to Our Factory: Perfect Testing of the Gyoza Machine & Semi-Automatic Dumpling Machine
Recently, we welcomed a customer from Hong Kong who showed great interest in our food machinery—especially the Gyoza Machine and the Semi-Automatic Dumpling Machine.
To ensure the machines fully matched his production needs, the customer visited our factory twice for on-site testing, each time bringing his own dumpling wrappers. In the end, both tests delivered excellent results, and the customer was extremely satisfied.
First Visit: Testing the Gyoza Machine with His Own Wrappers
During the first visit, the customer brought his restaurant’s dumpling wrappers to test the compatibility with our Gyoza Machine.
From shaping to pan-frying performance, the machine met his expectations, and he was pleased with the final product.
However, our semi-automatic dumpling machine was not in stock that day, so testing could not be completed. To meet his timeline, we immediately arranged production and prepared the machine as fast as possible.
Second Visit: Semi-Automatic Dumpling Machine Ready — Perfect Results
Once the new semi-automatic dumpling machine was assembled and fully adjusted, the customer returned for the second round of testing.
Again, he brought his own wrappers. This time, the test went flawlessly — consistent shaping, proper sealing, and stable output. The customer was highly satisfied and confirmed that both machines fit his requirements perfectly.
A Small Story in Between: Good Food and a New Friendship
Between the two testing sessions, we invited the customer to enjoy local cuisine together.
He really enjoyed the food, tasted some local drinks, and we had a great time. Beyond business cooperation, we were happy to make a new friend from Hong Kong.
